Sunny Day

How could you not go outside today
and sit in the sun
and let yesterday's rainstorm
 melt away,
or let the golden rays warm
 your tired muscles,
or soak your skin
 in vitamin D?
 Smile up at God
and thank Him for the chance to be alive.
